This 3-day guided motorcycle tour packs a powerful dose of Icelandic highland adventure into a short but unforgettable riding experience. Designed for experienced enduro riders, you’ll explore iconic volcanic landscapes, rugged trails, river crossings, black sand deserts, canyons, and glacier views — all in the heart of Iceland’s remote interior. With expert local guides and full support, this trip is your fast-track ticket to Iceland’s wildest terrain. 

Start & finish: Hella, with hotel pick-up and drop-off in Reykjavík on the first and last riding day. 

Tour Highlights (by day)

🏁 Day 1 — Hella to Jökulheimar

Kick off in Selfoss and ride into the highlands past famed volcanic landscapes, stunning waterfalls like Hjálparfoss and Háifoss, and volcanic lakes before arriving at your highland mountain hut Jökulheimar. 

🔥 Day 2 — Fjallabak Exploration & Natural Wonders

Today’s ride takes you deeper into the Fjallabak region — dramatic canyons like Eldgjá, geothermal zones at Landmannalaugar, rivers and plateaus, and glacier views that make Iceland’s highlands legendary. 

🏍️ Day 3 — Final Highland Ride to Hella

On your last riding day you’ll follow scenic highland trails past volcanic deserts, iconic mountains like Mælifell, and dramatic landscapes before finishing back in Hella to celebrate your adventure. 

What’s Included

• Pick-up from your Reykjavík hotel and drop-off after the last riding day. 

• 2 nights in mountain huts with sleeping bag accommodation and mattresses. 

• 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 2 dinners, plus snacks, coffee, and water for all riding days. 

• Motorcycle rental for 3 days (options include KTM 350, KTM 450, Husqvarna 450, or Honda CRF300L). 

• Backup motorcycle available if needed. 

• Fuel for your motorcycle. 

• Support vehicle with driver and support throughout the tour. 

• Basic liability and medical insurance. 

• Optional CDW insurance available for extra coverage. 

What’s Not Included

• International flights to/from Reykjavík/Keflavík. 

• Hotel nights in Reykjavík before or after the tour. 

• Riding gear and helmets — riders must bring their own. 

• Travel insurance (required).
